Doipe, being the largest Print On Demand textile manufacturer, dropshipping and fulfilment service provider of India, we undertake the design to delivery model. Thanks to the various courier partners we work with, we support well over 29 thousand PIN Codes across the country. However, since the shipping/logistics business is an extremely people dependent one, sometimes there can be scenarios when our customers (the brand owners) or their customers (the end consumer) might require some help. Following is whom you should reach out to, when you encounter a problem:

Tracking ID Available, but tracking isn’t visibleDon’t contact anyone, just wait, sometimes, courier people take time to scan the picked parcels from our factory. This basically means – the pickup has been done from our end.
Parcel is stuck in transit for quite some timeIn ecommerce, time is money. In such a scenario, you should immediately contact the customer care number / email of the respective courier company.
Parcel shows delivered, but the customer is saying they didn’t receive itThis is a very rare scenario, but this almost exclusively happens with Prepaid parcels. The first thing one should do is ask the customer to check with their neighbours, watchmen, apartment caretaker, etc. After this, you should immediately bring to the courier company’s notice by calling on their customer care or by writing them an email.   P.S: The paramount step, we’ve taken to mitigate such issue is to work only with most premium courier companies, which is why 90%-95% of our parcels are despatched using BlueDart or FedEx.
Tracking shows – customer unavailable, however the customer was indeed present at their premisesWe’ve seen such scenarios usually with courier companies like Delhivery and DTDC, contact the customer care immediately, and then rest assured that their higher up command will get it resolved. However, pretty much every courier company in India tries to reattempt delivery for at least three times on different dates.
Change Of AddressContact Us, if the parcel hasn’t been despatched from our end yet. However, once the parcel has left our doorstep, you’ll have to contact the courier company to make sure the delivery happens to correct destination.
